Black Ops 3 DLC 5?!
NO! That would have been my answer like 2 months ago xD But with the new live stream they did and all recent updates, I'd say that the idea is not that crazy now.

Ready for PS4 and Xbox 720
Xbox 720: 16-core IBM Power PC CPU with a graphics processor on par with AMD's Radeon HD 7000-series graphics cards. Yes, you read that right, 16-cores.
PS4, Sony's next-generation hardware meanwhile, reportedly called 'Orbis', will sport custom chips based on
AMD's A8-3850 APU and Radeon HD 7670 GPU, offering up the combined performance power of both integrated and discrete graphics processors.
It is also rumored that the used games will disappear in the next generation of gaming consoles.
