Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2

Is it real? Activision is releasing a sequel to Black Ops? Yes it is true. The only thing we don't have are the official news about the details of the game. As always there are a lot of rumors about the new gameplay, like the removal of the M.O.A.B., a new heat vision scope, new way of giving killstreaks and other stuff. None of this is confirmed... However, there are some things confirmed, like Activision "secretly" acquiring a domain called "blackops2.com". But the overral news are still b.s.

Tell us your thoughts about a new Call of Duty game below!

Here is a video, uploaded by I2awInstinct that talks about all the new supposed features of the game.

The Vintage: Duck Hunt

Released by Nintendo in 1984, it was one of the two games included in the release NES date. It was a third person shooter mode and the aim of it was to shoot ducks that flew across the screen (in those days we had a 14" screen and not a 32" LED hahaha). There was an additional mode, that changed ducks by disks... but it was less funny, by far.

The fun of this game relies primarily in the fact that the player used a gun instead of a control in the 80's it was of course a very revolutionary thing, and another funny thing about this game was the hunt dog that laughed at you when yo didn't hit a duck, the dog was actually the main picture of the game.

Give it a try , but I must warn you that it was much more fun with the gun.

Mario + Portal = Mari0

Remember the 1985 Mario Bros.? I bet you do. Remember Portal? Maybe yes, maybe no. Remember Mari0? You don't know what I'm talking about.

Mari0 is a game developed by StabYourself.net and its a mixture between Mario Bros. and Portal. In this game you'll be Mario, in the 1985 game but you'll game a portal gun. With this gun you can make portals that will help you in your gameplay. 4 player co-op is available and you can create your own levels with the original level editor.

Give it a try, it is only available for PC and it is completely FREE!!

Max Payne 3 New Information

I think that this is like the 5th time I say this game looks OFF THE HOOK, but I don't care because I know I won't be mistaken.
Here are 2 links, the first one is for more information about the gameplay and story of the upcoming game and the second one is for a video about the Sub-Machine Guns you'll be using in the game... Awesome! Hahaha

The Vintage: Contra

Back in the 80's this title was our MW3 (it's quite far from it considering that is a third person shooter and had very crappy graphics, but I compare them for you to have some idea of what it is like).

Konami released it in 1987.

The player controls one of the two commandos named Bill and Lance, who were sent to a mission against a terrorist group called the Red Falcon Organization like as usual in the old days was planning to take the world, I also have to mention that some terrorists look like aliens O.0

You, as the main character, were equipped with a rifle with an endless amount of ammo but you also have the possibility to be armed with more lethal weapons if you catch some power balls across your path but the truth was that it was kind of difficult to keep the new weapon because it only requierd a single enemy hit to loose it. You were able to shoot every direction you want as well as jump or move simultaneously while shooting.

It was a very challenging but funny game to play, try it yourself.

Silent Hill HD Collection

If you are a fan of horror games you should definitely buy Silent Hill, and if you are already a fan of this franchise you should buy the Silent Hill HD Collection when it's released this week.
PS' Blog posted:
" Silent Hill HD Collection – Experience the horrors of Silent Hill all over again with this collection of Silent Hill 2 and 3, rendered in high-definition for the first time ever.
  • SILENT HILL 2 – You are back to the town of Silent Hill as James, a man who lost his wife several years earlier. One day, he receives a letter from his dead wife telling him to come back to Silent Hill, but what he finds there when he returns is nothing short of horrifying.
  • SILENT HILL 3 – The series’ trademark brand of psychological horror and terrifying gameplay continues. As a teenage girl named Heather, players must explore and unravel the mysterious connection between the god-forsaken town and her inner fears."

At this moment I was thinking "WTF!!??"

And, let's be serious, Silent Hill 3 is awesome! I mean, when I first saw (*SPOILER ALERT*) the scene of the Pyramid Head killing the monster in the hotel in the first "chapter" of the game I almost fainted haha.

The Vintage: Excitebike

Back in the day, the unnamed dude from "Excitebike" was our very own Travis Pastrana haha (quite distant of our Xgames today).
Excite bike was released by Nintendo in 1984 and the aim of this game was to race your motorcycle across ramps, oil stains and different classes of obstacles. It two game modes: solo race and multiplayer. The extreme cool thing about this title was that as far that I remember it was the first game that had the option to design your own racetrack and it was AWESOME, you could choose from a huge list different kinds of ramps and obstacles and race in your own track... very nice indeed.

Race for yourself and build one or two racetracks, it is still very cool.

Later guys.

Modern Warfare 3: The M.O.A.B.

Hey guys, I'm sure you've heard about the M.O.A.B. but if you haven't let me tell you it's a killstreak you get when you kill 25 people in a row (24 with Hardline) and that it is pretty difficult to get. Just earlier today I tried to get this and I after I got my 23rd kill a Motherf*cker got a Buzzkill... that's shit, but you don't have to go through the same experience I went through. Check this video out so you can learn a thing or two.

PS: I'm still pretty upset hahaha

The Vintage: Punch Out

Right now all I want to see in a boxing match is the fight "Floyd vs. Pacquiao", but more than 20 years ago we could play with players that were generic and imagine they were them haha.

Punch out was released in 1987 it was a boxing game developed and published by Nintendo itself. Recently a new version for Wii has been released.

In this title you played as Little Mac (same name as one of the creators of this blog). The aim is to work across professional boxing circuits, facing all kind of fictional boxers with strange moves and appearances, until you get to the World Heavyweight Championship Match against Mike Tyson in the original version and Mr. Dream in the later version.
Myke Tyson
The boxers' punches repertory are very limited but they are still very entertaining and the game was still excellent.

One of my favorite parts of the game was when little Mac was about to be knocked down and he started blinking in pink hahaha very funny.

Check it out this great title.

Medal of Honor: Warfighter

Guess what? Another shooter coming out this year! I bet you didn't see that coming...
Medal of Honor: Warfighter will be released on October 23rd. I expect the game to be very similar to Battlefield 3 because this game will be developed by Frostbite 2, the same engine behind Battlefield 3 (according to IGN). To make you pre-order the game EA offered a deal, if you pre-order the game you'll get the U.S. Navy SEAL Tier 1 Sniper the day the game is launched, this would probably save you around 50 hours of playing.
The game will only be available for PS3, Xbox and PC users.

Here is the official trailer for the game. Leave your comments below!

The Vintage: Bubble Boble

Hi guys today we are going to talk about a very corny but nice title, called Bubble Booble, it was release by Taito in 1986.

It´s a one or two player game, being one of the two little dragons available, Bud or Bob. The aim of it was to rescue their girlfriends that were kidnapped by the badass villain "Drunk", an enemy you have to fight at level 100.

The dragons were armed with the ability to throw bubbles (a very corny shit hahaha), the enemies that got caught exploded and died (not so corny, ha!). These bubbles were used to reach some places that were too high for the dragons to reach with their short pair of legs.

Some of the most appreciate stuff on this title were the secret items like:

The Watch: Stops the time.
Red Umbrella: 5 levels jump.
Red sneakers: Gives you speed.

And a lot more, but why don’t you better try it yourself and enjoy discovering the other cool stuff.

The cover may not be the greatest but the game is great.

Later Guys.
